About VYRA™
VYRA™ is a single color-changing foundation designed to match a wide range of skin tones from one bottle, replacing the primer, foundation, concealer and serum steps most routines run on separately.
Every order ships direct from our warehouse with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so the shade can be tried properly before the decision is final.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, shipping address, email address and payment confirmation. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and never reach our systems.
We use your email to send order updates and, if you opt in, occasional offers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, apart from records we are legally required to keep.
Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. The bottle can be opened and worn — if the shade or the finish isn't right, contact us and we will refund the purchase in full to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your 10% welcome offer applies to a first order only and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Shipping Policy
US orders ship quickly with tracking and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Orders below $50 carry a flat $5.95 shipping fee. If an order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier.
